The instructors were Fabulous! They went over & above to create an environment where people could feel at ease; they encouraged us to ask questions & never once made anyone feel silly…..and a couple of times they Really could have, lol :D. It was a husband/wife team, & they both had a gift for teaching; they were funny, engaging, friendly & approachable. I am relieved that its over, but SO glad that I took it. I have a feeling there will come a time when I will Have to use it, and then at least I will not have to live with the regret of being helpless in a critical situation.
