Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR

Course Description

Please note:  We can offer this program to private groups, however, our public training courses will be the regular "Standard First Aid" program as opposed to "Standard Childcare".   The provincial regulations at this level require a intermediate first aid program and the "Standard First Aid" Certificate will also be valid at both childcare and non childcare industries, so it is generally a better option for most individuals.
Of course, you can ask the instructor specific questions regarding children and the childcare manual can be emailed if requested.
Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills with a focus on childhood injuries and illnesses. Designed for those in the early childhood education industry or those who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies involving children and babies. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.
